Arrangements for Baptisms and Weddings are made by appointment. (Tel: 01706 360693 ) 

There are no set times for interviews and arrangements can be made to suit the applicant.

BAPTISMS...

We are now holding Baptisms on 3rd Sun of the Month at 11.45 am

WEDDINGS...We enjoy weddings at St. Aidan’s Church and do our best to ensure a

successful and happy day. 

We have become known for our wedding services and offer many things to make the day complete. 

We have a good robed choir to enhance the service and offer a unique flower arranging service. 

The process begins with an initial interview at which the forms will be completed and

a date and time will be booked. 

FUNERALS...Usually funeral arrangements are made through an undertaker. 

There are two approaches: a vicar can lead a funeral service at a local crematorium or cemetery chapel

or the main service can be held in church followed by a brief internment at the crematorium or cemetery. 

A service in church gives more space and allows more time for people to speak or read

and for requested hymns.
